Many exciting activities will be offered on the Library’s Facebook page live or through Webex. Access the Webex events by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. It is our goal, when allowable, to offer special activities outside that one family at a time will be able to sign up to attend – stay tuned for more information!
Registration for summer reading begins June 1st! You can register online!
As soon as we are able, we will offer craft and science material kits to go along with story times and science activities.These kits will be available for curbside pickup at the library.
Get ready to imagine and create when you join us for amazing summer fun with the library including: a Day at Hogwart’s, Percy Jackson fun, fairy tale reader’s theater, knight quests, science and art, Lego challenges, book clubs, book walks at the park and much more!!
Last day to turn in Summer Reading Logs is Saturday, August 22nd!
“Fly, swim or jump into summer reading” with the Hellertown Area Library for our fantasy and fairy tale themed reading program, “Imagine Your Story!” This summer will be filled with lots of exciting activities that feature dragons, unicorns, trolls, mermaids, and knights, as well as science, art, reading and summer fun!

You can borrow e-books through the Overdrive program on the Hellertown Library Website. As soon as we are permitted, we hope to allow curbside pickup for book lending. Books listened to during Facebook presentations by Miss Andrea absolutely count toward summer reading logs
Log your reading! Kids and teens –track the books you read (or listen to) this summer. You can download a form from our website or create your own list. Once a week, complete the short questionnaire via the library’s website to log your reading (no need to report the titles) and choose a prize online. Your prize will be kept for you at the library until we open for curbside pickup and/or you feel comfortable picking it up.
